What is this workshop?
A guided Learning experience.
This is a practical experience – gentle, reflective, and human. It is designed to help you begin building emotional awareness through simple, guided activities.
What happens in 90-minutes?
Learn to gently observe and understand your emotions
Recognize patterns and know yourself better
You will move through 2-3 short guided activities. Each activity takes just a few minutes, but together they build deep awareness

Who is this for?
This workshop is for anyone who feels overwhelmed by the pace of everyday life, feels a bit stuck in routine, or is simply curious about developing greater emotional awareness
No prior experience is required. No sharing is necessary (unless you choose). Your experience is your own.

Is this workshop done individually or in a group setting?
The workshop takes place in a group setting, but the reflection activities are done individually. Guidance is shared with everyone, and participants can choose whether or not to share their reflections.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. Because of the nature of the workshop it is best if the attendees are 18 years or older. Young adults are welcome if accompanied by their adult guardians.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing. We provide everything you need to start your two-week journey.
