Refunds for Services

Returns -MyFyrst products may include a physical journal and access to digital services. All purchases are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or returns for the physical journal or digital access, except where required by applicable law.

Physical Journal: We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the journal has been shipped, except where required by applicable law.

Digital Access: Purchases of digital reflections, activities, or other digital content are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions: You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided at purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily refund amounts already paid, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellations – You are in control of your journey. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing page; your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. While refunds aren’t available, balances can be transferred or gifted. Contact us for more information.

Workshops and Events — Refund eligibility for workshops and in-person events will be communicated at the time of booking.
