How My Wellness Mantra works?

My Wellness Mantra is a simple text based activities that promote mental wellness. Simply Subscribe, Engage, Record and Share.

Subscribe

Subscribe to My Wellness Mantra, and you will receive a unique activity daily based on the eastern wisdom of understanding emotions (Rasas) via a regular text messaging service.

You will receive a welcome email with detailed instructions within two working days.

Engage

You can complete the activities at your own pace and time while being purposefully aware of your mind, body and the environment. While engaging in these activities, you will experience certain emotions and, with practice, can start observing their trigger points.

Tracking-your-emotions

Record and Share

Record the emotions that you have experienced and their trigger points. You can use the My Wellness Mantra Journal (download it here) to record and analyze the trigger points and take positive steps towards better mental well-being. You can share your experience on our social media page and connect with my wellness mantra community.
