Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:

  • There is no refund offered for the subscription service. You can choose to cancel your subscription before your next renewal or next billing cycle. Please ensure you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

We regret that you’ve decided to discontinue your journey with us. Please be aware that our policy at My Fyrst does not permit refunds. However, we offer the unique option to transfer your account benefits to a friend or family member. To do so, kindly email us at [email protected] with the details of the person you wish to transfer to, including their name and contact information. The transferred account will resume from the point where you left off.
